Terms of Service & Referral Disclaimer
What our free referral service does, what it doesn't do, and who is responsible for the work.
Drain Cleaning Maryville TN is a free referral service. We connect homeowners, renters and businesses in Maryville, Tennessee with independent drain cleaning and plumbing contractors. We do not perform plumbing work, and we do not warranty or guarantee the work of any contractor.
1. What the service is
When you call the number on this website, your call is connected to an independent, third-party contractor who serves your area, subject to availability. Contractors are not employees, agents or partners of Drain Cleaning Maryville TN.
2. Cost to you
Calling is free and you are under no obligation to hire anyone. Any price for work is set by the contractor and agreed directly between you and the contractor. We may receive a fee from contractors for connected calls; this never adds to what you pay.
3. Who is responsible for the work
The contractor you choose is solely responsible for the work they perform, including pricing, licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship, warranties and any damage. We do not inspect, supervise or guarantee their work. Before hiring, ask for the contractor's Tennessee license number and verify it with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance, ask about insurance, and get the price agreed before work begins.
4. Information on this website
The articles, price ranges and tips on this website are general information to help you understand common drain and sewer problems. They are not a quote, a diagnosis or professional advice for your property. Typical price ranges are not offers; your contractor's price may differ.
5. Emergencies and safety
If you smell gas, see water near electrical equipment or face any danger to people, leave the area and call 911 or your utility first. We cannot guarantee that a contractor is available at any particular time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drain Cleaning Maryville TN is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from work performed, or not performed, by any contractor, or from your use of this website.
7. Complaints
If a contractor we connected you with doesn't show up or you have a bad experience, call us at (865) 317-6808 or email [email protected]. We can connect you with a different contractor, and contractors with repeated complaints are removed from our network. Disputes about the work itself are between you and the contractor.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. How we handle call information is covered in our privacy policy.
